Click bottom right where it says TPM administration. If it says there is no TPM chip then boot to your BIOS and check to see if it needs to be enabled. WebDec 22, 2016 · My upgraded to Windows 10 PC was working fine for months. Yesterday I started it up and as usual had plugged in USB for Bitlocker and suddenly It tells me to put in "correct" USB. It is the correct one, I only have one. Then it gives me option to type in key, which I had printed, yet identifier isn't even the same, so the Key is also incorrect.
