The difference between the two is that CTR uses the computer systems while CTM is in charge of maintaining them. CTM is also a much smaller rate, so it’s more likely you’ll get offered CTR. That is located in your driver's side kick panel. Can't think of a reason that might be messed up though. inch pounds to kip feet
