WebJan 1, 2024 · Battery Wharf lost millions of dollars and I was there as a random guest. It was only four people walking around making noise. I consider this a war with Diamond Resorts and plan to take a megaphone, loud speaker, and sirens and start declaring them white collar predators which they are. These people sold a $250,000 timeshare to 88 year olds.
