WebYeah, despite tricare-west's claims to the contrary, I'm pretty sure it's their issue to fix, not DS logon's. But I don't know how to convince them. Right now, if you call their phone number for logon issues, the first thing you hear is a message saying that for any problem logging in with DS logon, call the DS logon help number. WebIs the ds logon broken or is it down a lot of the time. I've been trying, sporadically, to log on for the last 4 - 5 days. On a different note, she can also use her ds logon for her $4000 mycaa scholarship offered by military one source, if she is are interested in that. Many spouses don’t know about it!
