WebOn the paper, Flandre sec DPM is one of the best of ALL ships, and I saw various videos and comments on people saying that it was rather fun to spec secondary, other than that I think it's a solid BB, no gimmicks, just plain and simple BB playstyle with large health pool but one less heal. WebFlandre has the same armor as Tier IX Alsace and 1000+ more hp, but 1 less heal. Personally I use her with an IFHE secondary build and it's some of the best Fun I've ever had. She's also absurdly fast with a 35knt speed with the flag. The guns are okay, the accuracy is not bad, not fantastic. And her AA is above average.

WebI have Flandre and play her exclusively with an IFHE secondary build and honestly they're actually quite good. Definitely at the same level as other secondary-focused ships at ier VIII.
